
This is what tourists to Liverpool during its 800th birthday can take a photo of. Its a real shame. Iconic building, and a building site. Its sorta become a tourist attraction and I even saw an ice-cream van there once. Kinda funny. In a years time this will be a really great spot once again. Shame it had to happen in 2007 when it should have been done in 2006.
