Perhaps moving the POV a bit to the right. Bass would appear almost completely and part of the spotlight would be behind the hand letting me to 'appreciate' singer's face and t-shirt.

So, it works at 90% for me.

This definitely works. The moment captured highlights the the contrasting roles of each member.

The noise made the whole thing wonderful, in my opinion and I still like the way of you capturing the spot light which landed on the singer.
