Penelope

Say hello to Penelope. This, as I’ve just learnt, is the name of the crazy structure by Cream in Wolstenholme Square. Its been there since 2004 and I’ve just found out its called Penelope. I’m not sure which is crazier. If you’re curious as to why you can read the press release.
