Rubbish on Water Street

I’m not sure why this was here but I went back the next day and it was still there. Not exactly the nicest view of the Capital of Culture especially as its across from the Town Hall.

    Nothing compared with Buenos Aires. Great site, I love your view of the city where The Beatles were born.
