There’s a great little viewing point inside here that gives you this stunning view of the Lady Chapel. Its at the far top right end of the cathedral.

@Andy - I’ve seen a few without the nasty orange lights on. Do you know if they’re new or that they turn them off?
I don't know to be honest Pete. Maybe I was just lucky when I was there? Or maybe it was because I was there earlier in the day?

Looking at it 2 years after I shot the above photo, I retrospectively wish I'd have shot an exposure for the windows too, and PS'd them in.
A bit of a cheat, but c'est la vie :)
